Any estimates, scope documentation, or quotes provided through this Site or in response to an inquiry are for informational purposes only and are not binding commitments. Final pricing is subject to on-site assessment, project scope confirmation, and a written agreement. Lovett Restoration reserves the right to modify or withdraw an estimate at any time prior to execution of a formal written contract. Insurance-coordinated work is subject to your carrier’s coverage determinations.
Lovett Restoration specializes in damage restoration: water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, fire and smoke cleanup, sewage cleanup, and hazardous material containment. We do not perform structural reconstruction, final repairs, or rebuild work. Our services prepare the property for the rebuild contractor of your choosing. Any rebuild, reconstruction, or repair work is outside the scope of our services and any associated warranty.
Lovett Restoration offers a 1-year workmanship warranty on restoration services performed. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials supplied by Lovett Restoration. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, pre-existing conditions, third-party modifications, or events beyond our reasonable control. The warranty terms applicable to any specific project will be set forth in the written service agreement for that project.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lovett Restoration shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the six months preceding the claim.
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Lovett Restoration, including our sister division at lovettservices.com and our online scheduling provider. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
